Victoria has contributed to organizations dedicated to public service, including a nonprofit eviction defense law firm in San Francisco, California, NGOs in Latin America addressing housing insecurity and migrant’s rights, and at academic institutions like UC San Francisco researching the mental health impacts of guaranteed income on low-income youth.

During her time at a nonprofit organization in Oakland, California, she worked with multiple government, community, landlord, and philanthropic stakeholders to implement and evaluate a new local housing law and its role in reducing homelessness for formerly incarcerated individuals.

Victoria is an MPH/MBA dual degree candidate at Johns Hopkins University, driven by a passion for health equity. As a graduate research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Overdose Prevention Initiative, Victoria conducts qualitative analysis to inform health policy related to overdose death prevention.
