Grace is an undergraduate student at Stanford University double majoring in Urban Studies and Management Science and Engineering. She has previously interned for Metropolitan Family Services under the Director of Strategy and Innovation, focusing on internal DEI initiatives and creating a tool that balances programs’ social impact with profitability.
Over the past two years, Grace has travelled and worked with mission-driven organizations, learning how to put leading change in sustainability at the forefront of a business. She spent time in Italy, visiting manufacturing companies and engaging in conversation with managers and entrepreneurs about pursuing social and environmental goals. She most recently spent a month living on a farm in Washington learning about regenerative agriculture and organic farming. Grace’s interests lie at the intersection of business, sustainability, and urban environments.
At Stanford Grace is also a coxswain on Stanford’s Women’s Crew team, focusing on interpersonal relationships, organization, execution and leadership.
