Dilan is an undergraduate student studying Symbolic Systems (Computer Science + Linguistics) and Economics at Stanford University. He is interested in leveraging technological and quantitative tools to push forward development and sustainability goals in an international context. 

He has worked in program management at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design on the Elections Innovation Corps. During his tenure, he was one of six undergrads who spearheaded the ideation, design, and implementation of programs throughout California working to improve elections integrity alongside the U.S. Alliance for Elections Excellence. He is also a proud and engaged member of Latinos Unidos, Design for America, and the Stanford Debate Society.
