Biantae is a Political Science major at John Jay College for Criminal Justice, with a specialized interest in Public Law and Public Service. Prior to joining Public Equity Group, Biantae was a legislative intern at the New York State Assembly, where she conducted research on several social issues and policies, specifically those within the Criminal Justice System.
Previously she interned at the Kings Country Supreme Court with the Integrated Domestic Violence court. She returned last summer to Surrogate Court and supported Honorable Rosemarie Montalbano.
Biantae plans to continue to pursue a career in the public sector and advocate for social justice. As a proud Brooklynite, Biantae enjoys visiting the local parks and enjoying nature and is a passionate restaurant connoisseur on the hunt to find the best Caribbean food in New York.
