Stephen Pham is an educator, organizational development leader, capacity builder, and equity strategist, partnering with social impact organizations to empower individuals, operationalize strategy, and deepen impact. His recent experience includes heading operations, talent, DEI, HR, and finance at The Learning Accelerator, founding and leading the Remote DEI Collective, and overseeing sector-wide collective action initiatives. 

Stephen began his career as a Teach For America corps member and 5th-grade STEM teacher at Rocketship Public Schools, where he led grade-level personalized learning innovation and served as a Blended Learning Master Teacher for BetterLesson, achieving the highest year-to-year growth across the network. He then transitioned to the national team and managed personalized learning strategy for Rocketship, supporting innovation in schools across the country.

Stephen also serves as a board member and DEI Chair of Hope Chinese Charter School and a community council member of the Portland Children’s Levy. He is based in Portland, Oregon.
