Nasir Husain started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, a top global consulting firm, advising companies on strategy, marketing, and operations. After Bain, Nasir served as a Senior Manager for Research & Implementation at Everytown for Gun Safety, the largest gun violence prevention organization in the United States. There, he was the lead manager on a wide range of projects, including researching and writing reports on firearm suicide, mass shootings, and gun violence as it affects children & communities of color; identifying and addressing the gaps in the implementation of gun control laws; and building a strategic plan for his team’s research & policy work.

As a consultant, Nasir has delivered research and writing projects for leading national and international NGOs, including Human Rights Watch, PEN America, the International Rescue Committee, and Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence.
