Eboni Bledsoe is a management consultant whose work has focused on supporting global organizations through transformations at scale, enabling stakeholders to thrive in the new. For nine years, Eboni led change management efforts at Accenture where her clients included federal and state government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations.

Before joining Accenture, Eboni worked in the nonprofit space with advocacy organizations including the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and North Carolina Public Interest Research Group.

In addition to working as a consultant, Eboni is an astrological practitioner and student. She also enjoys practicing yoga, globetrotting, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time at the beach.
