Lilo Altali is a doctoral student at the School of Global Inclusion and Social Development at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He has led numerous Design Thinking and Agile projects in social innovation, including capacity-building, food access, higher education, and healthcare.

As a Syrian immigrant, Lilo has a deep commitment to social change and leads projects where he can advance social issues. Most recently, Lilo led a two-year Learning Lab at TSNE MissionWorks in Boston and has served on the leadership team at Mill City Grows–a community-based food justice organization. Lilo also teaches Social Innovation and Design at Northeastern University and has developed an innovation concentration for the MBA program at Nichols College. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Practitioner (ACP).
